Mushrooms and microgreens are grown year round.

*Please Note: We receive a lot of requests for local organic fruits. Due to the number of pests in the northeast and the humid climate in the summer, growing fruits organically is quite the challenge. Most growers of tree fruit in the area use a method of growing called IPM or Integrated Pest Management. This method allows for pesticide application if and when necessary. Because there is no regulation on the amount of pesticides applied, we currently do not take fruit grown using IPM. We do have local organically grown apples, blueberries, strawberries, wineberries, melons, cantelopes, honeydew, and ground cherries when they are in season.
