1. Sign up on our homepage
Add your zipcode to see if we deliver to your area or click sign up. Why is this site so exciting? You will sign up with a username and password. You can enter your credit card information and it will be securely saved (off site in a Level 1 PC DSS Compliant environment). You can also choose a Cash on Delivery options as always. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You will be able to login and go to My Account at anytime to change your payment method.


2. Shop
Shop just like you would at the grocery store. Once you are logged in, you can choose Categories of Products to view and add to your cart. Pick the products you want and add them to your basket.



Why is the new site so exciting? You can see immediately what products are local and there is a separate category for sale items! Did you notice, with the new system we can carry more products!

3. Confirm your delivery
Confirm your Order. Add coupons. Add packing instructions. Etc. etc. etc.






Ordering Tip:  Under Schedule your Basket,
if you choose "Schedule for a Future Delivery or Save for Later " this will update your default basket.
If you choose "Schedule for My Next Order Only", this creates a new basket but leaves your default basket. Your new basket will contain your name and a number.
If you always change your basket, we recommend you choosing the first option each time. This will mean you will not create multiple baskets- making it more similar to a simple shopping cart.


You will see an initial bin charge of $10. This is fully refundable upon returning your last bin to Pure Sprouts.

4. Schedule your deliveries
We bring the freshest, local and organic foods right to your door. If you like your schedule and baskets, you're done! Pure Sprouts Organic Delivery will keep coming to your door on the weeks you picked. If you need some more variety come back to www.puresprouts.com and make your changes..





Why is this so exciting? You can set up your baskets for the whole year if you want! You can customize as many baskets as you like (Under Manage Baskets). If you choose, you can set up just one delivery at a time (just unclick the rest of the weeks and click One-TIme Schedule).
You can make your basket anytime and update each week's order before Wednesday at midnight. You will not receive more than 1 basket. Your updated basket replaces any others you set up.

Other notes:

Order by midnight on Wednesday before your delivery. Deliveries will occur on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after midnight on Wednesday, your order will be moved to the following ordering cycle.

You do not have to be home to receive your order, just leave us delivery instructions in the special instructions section when you order. If you live in a secure building, please make arrangements for receiving our delivery.  We deliver in reusable plastic bins. Each customer is assigned 2 bins. Just leave your previous bin out on your next delivery day and we will pick it up.

We will charge $25 for returned checks.
